ELV Technician

About the role

IGUARD SOLUTION LLP is looking for an experienced ELV Technician to join our technical team. The candidate will be involved in installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of ELV systems at customer and project sites.

Age: 18–40 years

Key Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of CCTV Surveillance Systems
• Installation and troubleshooting of Access Control & Time Attendance Systems
• Installation and basic configuration of Networking & Wi-Fi Infrastructure
• Structured cabling and network termination
• Installation of Video Door Phones & Intercom Systems
• Installation and commissioning of Gate Automation Systems
• Basic installation/configuration of IP Phones, VoIP and IP PBX systems
• Testing, troubleshooting and commissioning of ELV systems
• Identify and resolve site-level technical issues
• Coordinate with project engineers and field team
• Interact professionally with customers at project sites
• Prepare basic site/service reports and update work status
• Follow installation standards and maintain good workmanship

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in ELV, CCTV, security systems or related field
• Practical experience in CCTV installation and configuration
• Basic knowledge of networking and IP-based systems
• Knowledge of access control systems is an advantage
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Willingness to travel to project sites
• Good communication and customer interaction skills
• Ability to work as part of a technical team
• Willingness to work at different project locations when required
