About the role

IGUARD SOLUTION LLP is looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to support customer engagement, sales and business development activities at our Experience Center.

Workplace: iGuard Solution Experience Center, Puthanathani, Kerala
Female candidates preferred
Experience: Fresher or experienced
Preference: Candidates from Puthanathani and nearby areas preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads
• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements
• Schedule customer appointments and meetings
• Promote company solutions and services
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Maintain customer and sales records
• Support day-to-day business development activities
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Support business development and sales activities

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
